This sterling silver, copper, and cotton isopod necklace is perfect for everyday, but special enough to save for just the right outfit 🙌 Wonderful movement and shine — and loads of personality. I mean, it just doesn't get much cuter than a little pill bug, amiright?! These tiny balls of arthropodan fun are so enamored the world over that everybody has their own nickname for them; roly poly, sow bug, tomato bug, wood bug, armadillo bug — even doodle bug!
This necklace is entirely handcrafted in the USA by me, Johanna, the owner of this shop. This is an original design available exclusively from Metal Cloth & Wood and is a one-of-a-kind item! The raw copper plate is hand-etched by me and the artwork is my own. All other components are sterling silver, glass and waxed cotton.
The choker necklace is hand assembled from 1.5mm round waxed cotton cord choker with sterling silver end caps, sterling silver lobster claw clasp & a 2" sterling silver extension cable chain for a fully adjustable necklace length of 14" up to 16".
